Avustralya\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen yeni bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma, yaln\u0131zca d\u00f6rt haftal\u0131k beslenme de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin 65-75 ya\u015f aras\u0131ndaki bireylerde biyolojik ya\u015fla ili\u015fkili baz\u0131 g\u00f6stergelerde dikkat \u00e7ekici de\u011fi\u015fimlere yol a\u00e7abilece\u011fini g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hepimizin takvim ya\u015f\u0131 ayn\u0131 h\u0131zda ilerliyor.
