Yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n sonucunda \u0160koda, y\u0131ll\u0131k 335 bin adedin \u00fczerinde batarya \u00fcretimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecek kapasitedeki tesisiyle VW Grubu i\u00e7erisinde en b\u00fcy\u00fck batarya sistemi \u00fcreticisi haline geldi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.otomobilden.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Skodadan-Avrupaya-205-Milyon-Euroluk-Batarya-Hamlesi-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-76037\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cElektrikli mobiliteyi daha eri\u015filebilir k\u0131l\u0131yoruz\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elektrikli ara\u00e7 \u00fcretimi ad\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yan tesisin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirmede bulunan \u0160koda Auto CEO\u2019su Klaus Zellmer, \u201cBu ad\u0131m, \u0160koda Auto ve t\u00fcm de\u011fer zincirini karbondan ar\u0131nd\u0131rma taahh\u00fcd\u00fcm\u00fcz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir kilometre ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131 temsil ediyor. Emisyonlar\u0131 azaltmak ad\u0131na yaln\u0131zca \u00fcr\u00fcn gam\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00fcncellemekle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalm\u0131yor tedarik zinciri, \u00fcretim ve enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da bu standartlar do\u011frultusunda geli\u015ftiriyoruz. Yeni batarya sistemi montaj hatt\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131yla, batarya \u00fcretimini \u00f6l\u00e7ekli bi\u00e7imde yerelle\u015ftiriyor, daha dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ve rekabet\u00e7i bir Avrupa tedarik zinciri ortaya koyuyoruz. T\u00fcm bunlarla beraber elektrikli mobiliteyi daha eri\u015filebilir k\u0131l\u0131yoruz. \u0160koda elektrikli ara\u00e7 portf\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc de iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yoruz. Bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, 2027\u2019ye kadar yakla\u015f\u0131k 274.000 ton CO\u2082 emisyon azalt\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flayacak.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fcnde 1.100 adetten fazla h\u00fccreden pakete (cell to pack) batarya sistemi \u00fcreten tesis, y\u0131lda 335 bin adeten fazla \u00fcretim ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecek kapasitesiyle dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Skoda\u2019n\u0131n kalbinde Mlada Boleslav\u2019daki fabrika, grubun batarya teknolojisi merkeziyle birlikte, yeni teknolojilerin de kullan\u0131m h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131racak. Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen batarya tesisi a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131, \u0160koda markas\u0131n\u0131n elektrifikasyon d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndaki stratejik \u00f6nemini bir kez daha ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.otomobilden.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Skodadan-Avrupaya-205-Milyon-Euroluk-Batarya-Hamlesi-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-76038\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Y\u00fcksek dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011fa ve avantajl\u0131 \u00fcretim maliyetine sahip<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeni batarya \u00fcretim hatt\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak batarya sistemleri, \u0160koda modellerinde ve grup markalar\u0131nda farkl\u0131 segment modellerinde kullan\u0131lacak. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131m ayn\u0131 zamanda \u0160koda\u2019n\u0131n ana tesisinde gelecekte y\u0131lda 200 bin adede kadar elektrikli ara\u00e7 \u00fcretmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, sadele\u015ftirilmi\u015f \u00fcretim s\u00fcreci ve maliyet verimlili\u011fiyle \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan batarya sistemleri, \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin tamamen \u015firket b\u00fcnyesine al\u0131nmas\u0131, standartla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f h\u00fccre kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve LFP kimyas\u0131n\u0131n tercih edilmesi sayesinde mevcut MEB bataryalara k\u0131yasla y\u00fczde 30 oran\u0131nda maliyet avantaj\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.otomobilden.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Skodadan-Avrupaya-205-Milyon-Euroluk-Batarya-Hamlesi-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-76039\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Y\u00fcksek otomasyon ile teknolojik \u00fcretim<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mlad\u00e1 Boleslav\u2019da bir y\u0131ldan k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede in\u015fa edilen 55 bin metrekarelik yeni \u00fcretim tesisi, teknolojik \u00f6zellikleriyle de dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. 60 saniyelik \u00e7evrim s\u00fcresine sahip \u00fcretim hatt\u0131, y\u00fczde 84 otomasyon oran\u0131na ve 131 robota sahip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Tesis, h\u00fccrelerin i\u015flenmesi ve haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131ndan dizilim, hassas kaynak ve nihai montaja kadar t\u00fcm \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecini kapsayan yenilik\u00e7i teknolojilerle faaliyet g\u00f6steriyor. Bu yap\u0131 hem verimlilik hem de kalite standartlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan end\u00fcstriyel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte \u00f6nemli bir kapasite sunuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160koda\u2019n\u0131n \u00fcretim ekipleri, 2019 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikleri batarya sistemleri \u00fcretimi sayesinde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc operasyonel uzmanl\u0131klar\u0131yla \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.. \u015eirketin elektrikli modeller i\u00e7in batarya sistemleri \u00fcretmeye ba\u015flamas\u0131yla olu\u015fan bu deneyim, yeni yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n temelini olu\u015fturuyor.
