Ancak bilim insanlar\u0131na g\u00f6re bu iddia \u00e7o\u011fu zaman yanl\u0131\u015f anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Ger\u00e7ekte metabolizma, genetikten egzersize kadar pek \u00e7ok fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn ortak etkisiyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Baz\u0131 insanlar \u201ch\u0131zl\u0131 metabolizmalar\u0131\u201d oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyerek istedikleri kadar yiyip kilo almad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcrer. Di\u011ferleri ise kilo vermekte zorlanmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u201cyava\u015f metabolizmalar\u0131na\u201d ba\u011flar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peki ger\u00e7ekten h\u0131zl\u0131 ya da yava\u015f bir metabolizma var m\u0131? Bu yayg\u0131n inan\u0131\u015f bilimsel olarak ne kadar do\u011fru? Bilim insanlar\u0131 bu konuda ne s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>METABOL\u0130ZMA<\/em>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Metabolizma, v\u00fccudun ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmesi i\u00e7in ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen t\u00fcm kimyasal s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin toplam\u0131d\u0131r. Nefes almak, kan dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak, h\u00fccreleri onarmak ve enerji \u00fcretmek gibi temel i\u015flevlerin tamam\u0131 metabolizman\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kilo ile ilgili tart\u0131\u015fmalarda ise genellikle \u201cmetabolik h\u0131z\u201d kavram\u0131 \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar. Toplam enerji t\u00fcketiminin yakla\u015f\u0131k %20 ila %30\u2019unu olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Egzersiz kaynakl\u0131 aktivite termojenezi (EAT):<\/strong><br>Ko\u015fu yapmak ya da spor salonunda a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k kald\u0131rmak gibi planl\u0131 fiziksel aktiviteler s\u0131ras\u0131nda harcanan enerjidir.
