Prof. Akkoyunlu, horlama, sabah yorgunlu\u011fu ve g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde s\u0131k s\u0131k uyuklaman\u0131n uyku apnesinin belirtisi olabilece\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti. Tedavi edilmeyen uyku apnesinin kalp krizi, obezite ve ciddi kaza risklerini art\u0131rabilece\u011fi konusunda uyard\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13 Mart D\u00fcnya Uyku G\u00fcn\u00fc kapsam\u0131nda uzmanlar, modern toplumda giderek artan uyku bozukluklar\u0131n\u0131n akci\u011fer ve genel v\u00fccut sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkilerine dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medipol Mega \u00dcniversite Hastanesi\u2019nden Prof. Dr. Muhammed Emin Akkoyunlu, uykunun yaln\u0131zca bir dinlenme s\u00fcreci olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda hayati bir organ yenilenme evresi oldu\u011funu belirtti. Toplumda yayg\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fclen horlama ve g\u00fcnd\u00fcz uyuklama gibi belirtilerin, \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furabilecek hastal\u0131klar\u0131n habercisi olabilece\u011fini vurgulayan Akkoyunlu, \u201cSa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir ya\u015fam i\u00e7in uyku hijyeni hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Uyku biyolojiik bir \u00f6neme sahip<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uykunun biyolojik \u00f6nemine de\u011finen Prof. Akkoyunlu, \u201cBu s\u00fcre\u00e7 v\u00fccut i\u00e7in do\u011fal bir tedavi mekanizmas\u0131d\u0131r.
