Okullarda hem b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sorumluluklar\u0131 var hem de b\u00fcy\u00fck bir f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 var&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Psikolojik dan\u0131\u015fmanlar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 vakalar\u0131 kay\u0131t alt\u0131na almalar\u0131n\u0131n mesleki geli\u015fim a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011ferli oldu\u011funu belirten Prof. Dr. Tarhan,&nbsp;&#8220;Rehber \u00f6\u011fretmenlerimizin ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 olaylar\u0131 not almalar\u0131n\u0131 ve bir olgu defteri tutmalar\u0131n\u0131 tavsiye ederim. Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 vakalar\u0131 yazmalar\u0131, daha sonra bunlar \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeleri ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 kaydetmeleri onlar\u0131n mesleki geli\u015fimleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir birikim olu\u015fturur. Bu belki k\u0131sa vadede bir k\u00fclfet gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnebilir ama uzun vadede insan\u0131 ve gen\u00e7leri daha iyi anlamay\u0131 sa\u011flayacak \u00e7ok de\u011ferli bir tecr\u00fcbe kazand\u0131r\u0131r&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ergenlik d\u00f6neminde duygular akl\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7er<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Dr. Tarhan, ergenlik d\u00f6neminin gen\u00e7lerin kimlik aray\u0131\u015f\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 do\u011fal bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 oldu\u011funu belirterek \u015fu de\u011ferlendirmede bulundu: &#8220;Gen\u00e7lik d\u00f6neminin do\u011fal bir \u00f6zelli\u011fi kimlik aray\u0131\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Gen\u00e7ler bu d\u00f6nemde \u2018Ben kimim, nereye y\u00f6nelmeliyim, ni\u00e7in var\u0131m?\u2019 gibi sorular sorarlar. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 \u00f6zellikle 12\u201315 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda daha yo\u011fun ya\u015fan\u0131r. N\u00f6robiyolojik olarak ergenlik ortalama 22 ya\u015f\u0131na kadar devam eder. Hatta baz\u0131 ki\u015filerde 30\u2019lu ya\u015flara kadar uzayabilen bir s\u00fcre\u00e7ten s\u00f6z ediyoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ergenlik d\u00f6neminde beynin geli\u015fimi nedeniyle duygular\u0131n akl\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebildi\u011fini ifade eden Prof. Dr. Tarhan, &#8220;Ergenlikte beynin duygusal b\u00f6lgeleri daha h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015firken, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme ve karar verme ile ilgili frontal b\u00f6lgeler daha ge\u00e7 geli\u015fir. Bu nedenle ergenler \u00e7o\u011fu zaman sonunu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeden hareket edebilir. Hisleri ak\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebilir&#8221; ifadesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ergenlerin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 neler?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Dr. Tarhan, ergenlik d\u00f6neminde gen\u00e7lerin \u00fc\u00e7 temel psikolojik ihtiyaca sahip oldu\u011funu belirterek, &#8220;Ergenlerin \u00fc\u00e7 temel psikolojik ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r: Aidiyet, yeterlilik ve anlam. Aidiyet duygusu, gencin kendisini ailesine, okuluna veya arkada\u015f grubuna ait hissetmesiyle ilgilidir. Yeterlilik duygusu, bir alanda k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck de olsa ba\u015far\u0131 ya\u015fayabilmesiyle olu\u015fur. Anlam duygusu ise yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fin de\u011ferli oldu\u011funu hissetmesidir&#8221; \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131n ergenlik s\u00fcrecini daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 hale getirdi\u011fini belirten Prof. Dr. Tarhan, &#8220;Bu \u00fc\u00e7 ihtiya\u00e7 kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ergenlik d\u00f6nemi daha az f\u0131rt\u0131nal\u0131 ge\u00e7er. Ancak bu ihtiya\u00e7lar kar\u015f\u0131lanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda gen\u00e7ler kendilerini de\u011fersiz veya d\u0131\u015flanm\u0131\u015f hissedebilir&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00d6\u011fretmenin ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeleri \u00f6fkeye yol a\u00e7ar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Okul ortam\u0131nda adalet duygusunun gen\u00e7ler i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Prof. Dr. Tarhan, &#8220;Ergenler adalet konusunda \u00e7ok hassast\u0131r. \u00d6\u011fretmenin ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fckleri anda bu durum \u00f6fke birikimine yol a\u00e7abilir. Kendini de\u011fersiz veya g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015f hisseden gen\u00e7 bazen g\u00fc\u00e7 g\u00f6sterisiyle dikkat \u00e7ekmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilir&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Dr. Tarhan, \u00f6\u011frencilerin arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmemesinin \u00f6nemine de dikkat \u00e7ekerek, &#8220;Bir gencin arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi \u00e7ok a\u011f\u0131r bir deneyimdir. Baz\u0131 gen\u00e7ler bu t\u00fcr durumlarda i\u00e7ine kapan\u0131r, baz\u0131lar\u0131 ise biriktirdikleri \u00f6fkeyi ani ve d\u00fcrt\u00fcsel davran\u0131\u015flarla d\u0131\u015fa vurabilir&#8221; ifadesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gen\u00e7lere hata yapma hakk\u0131 sunmak gerek<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gen\u00e7lerin hatalar\u0131n\u0131n cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmak yerine e\u011fitsel bir f\u0131rsat olarak de\u011ferlendirilmesi gerekti\u011fini vurgulayan Prof. Dr. Tarhan,\u201conar\u0131c\u0131 adalet\u201d yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekti ve &#8220;Ergenlerin hata yapma hakk\u0131 vard\u0131r. Ancak ba\u015fkas\u0131na zarar verme haklar\u0131 yoktur. Bu nedenle ceza vermek yerine onar\u0131c\u0131 adalet y\u00f6ntemleri uygulanabilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin topluma hizmet \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yapt\u0131rmak veya iyilik projeleri haz\u0131rlatmak gibi y\u00f6ntemler gen\u00e7lerin davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 anlamas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Otoriter yakla\u015f\u0131mlar gen\u00e7ler \u00fczerinde etkili mi?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Dr. Tarhan, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda otoriter ve bask\u0131c\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n gen\u00e7ler \u00fczerinde etkili olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, &#8220;Art\u0131k d\u00fcnyada toplumlar a\u00e7\u0131k toplum haline geldi. Dijitalle\u015fme d\u00fcnyay\u0131 adeta elektronik k\u00f6y haline getirdi. B\u00f6yle bir \u00e7a\u011fda korkutarak bir genci y\u00f6netmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Gen\u00e7lerin kendilerini ifade edebilece\u011fi, konu\u015fabilece\u011fi ve payla\u015fabilece\u011fi ortamlar\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 gerekiyor&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6nleyici \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n \u00f6nemine de dikkat \u00e7eken Prof. Dr. Tarhan, &#8220;Psikiyatri \u00e7o\u011fu zaman sorun ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131ktan sonra devreye girer. Oysa birincil koruma dedi\u011fimiz yakla\u015f\u0131mda sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bireylerin psikolojik dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmaya odaklan\u0131r\u0131z. Okullarda yap\u0131lacak psikolojik sa\u011flaml\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 bu a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00e7ok de\u011ferlidir&#8221; ifadesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dijital ortam\u0131n \u015fiddete etkisi var ama tek sebep de\u011fil<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijitalle\u015fmenin gen\u00e7ler \u00fczerindeki etkisinin \u00e7o\u011fu zaman yanl\u0131\u015f yorumland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Prof. Dr. Tarhan, dijital ara\u00e7lar\u0131n tek ba\u015f\u0131na \u015fiddet \u00fcretmedi\u011fini, ancak baz\u0131 psikolojik s\u00fcre\u00e7lerle birle\u015fti\u011finde \u015fiddet e\u011filimini kolayla\u015ft\u0131rabildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Dr. Tarhan, &#8220;Dijital ortam tek ba\u015f\u0131na \u015fiddetin nedeni de\u011fildir. Ama ba\u015fka psikolojik mekanizmalarla birle\u015fti\u011finde \u015fiddet e\u011filimini kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 bir etkisi vard\u0131r. Sosyal medya, video oyunlar\u0131 ve internet i\u00e7erikleri gen\u00e7lerin d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131. Ancak bunlar\u0131n baz\u0131lar\u0131 \u015fiddeti normalle\u015ftirebiliyor. Kavga videolar\u0131, sald\u0131rgan i\u00e7erikler ve \u015fiddeti \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm gibi g\u00f6steren videolar, \u00f6zellikle ergenler \u00fczerinde etkili olabiliyor&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zorbal\u0131k i\u00e7eren i\u00e7erikler gen\u00e7leri olduk\u00e7a etkiliyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Dijital ortam\u0131n en \u00f6nemli etkilerinden birinin \u015fiddeti s\u0131radanla\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirten Prof. Dr. Tarhan, gen\u00e7lerin yaln\u0131zca dijital i\u00e7eriklerden de\u011fil, ger\u00e7ek hayattaki rol modellerden de etkilendi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekerek,\u201cDijital ortam\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 en \u00f6nemli etki \u015fiddeti normalle\u015ftirmesidir. Ancak bundan daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir etki canl\u0131 \u015fiddettir. Ailede, \u00e7evrede ya da toplumda \u00f6fke dili ileti\u015fim dili haline gelmi\u015fse \u00e7ocuk bunu model al\u0131r. Kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n ilgisine g\u00f6re i\u00e7erik sunuluyor ve ki\u015fi s\u00fcrekli ayn\u0131 t\u00fcr i\u00e7eriklerle besleniyor\u201d ifadesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijital ortam\u0131n \u00f6zellikle ergenlik d\u00f6neminde kontrols\u00fcz kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k riskini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Prof. Dr. Tarhan, \u201cE\u011fer bir gen\u00e7 dijital ortamda saatler ge\u00e7iriyor, yemek reddi, okul reddi gibi davran\u0131\u015flar g\u00f6steriyorsa burada ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131ktan s\u00f6z edebiliriz. Buna dijital zorbal\u0131k da diyoruz. Ki\u015filer anonim \u015fekilde saklanarak sald\u0131rgan davran\u0131\u015flar g\u00f6sterebiliyor. Bu da \u00f6zellikle ergenler i\u00e7in ciddi bir risk olu\u015fturuyor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dijitalle\u015fme sadece tehdit mi?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijitalle\u015fmenin yaln\u0131zca risk de\u011fil ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00f6nemli f\u0131rsatlar da sundu\u011funu belirten Prof. Dr. Tarhan, do\u011fru kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda gen\u00e7lerin geli\u015fimine katk\u0131 sa\u011flayabilece\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDijitalle\u015fme bir sel gibi geliyor.
