Uzmanlara g\u00f6re a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tuz t\u00fcketimi sadece damak tad\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fil, uzun vadede kalp, damar ve b\u00f6brek sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da ciddi \u015fekilde tehdit ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo\u011fun tuz t\u00fcketimi ilk olarak kalp-damar sistemi ve b\u00f6brekleri etkiliyor. \u00d6zellikle aral\u0131kl\u0131 tansiyon y\u00fckselmeleri ve bacaklarda \u015fi\u015flik olu\u015fmas\u0131, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tuz t\u00fcketiminin ard\u0131ndan g\u00f6r\u00fclebilen ilk de\u011fi\u015fiklikler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc g\u00fcnl\u00fck tuz t\u00fcketiminin yakla\u015f\u0131k 5 gram yani bir \u00e7ay ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyor.
